SHIPPING METHODS
How we operate
All Lumi products are made entirely by hand, which requires longer processing times. We usually ship within 1-2 weeks of receiving your order.

Shipments are made in express mode, so once the product is made, the order will arrive within 2-4 working days (valid for both EU and non-EU countries).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
RETURNS
Items can be returned for a refundwithin 15 daysfrom the date of receipt of the package.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, with all original tags, wrappers and other accessories. Lumi reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the return requirements. If the return is not accepted, it will be sent to you again and the refund will not be made.

For more information, please write to the email addressinfo.lumicollection@gmail.com, indicating your name and order number. The request will be processed and you will receive all the instructions for making the return. The shipping costs associated with the return are charged to the customer.

REFUNDS

The refund is made only after checking the returned items. In the event that all the conditions have been met, we will refund by crediting directly to the card used for the purchase, within 15 working days. Processing time may vary depending on your credit card company.
Shipping costs are never refunded.
